Ge.5:23-24 “ And Enoch WAS  NOT”..Heb.11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. C.) Genesis 6:7-9 BUT Noah found GRACE in the Eyes of the Lord D.) Genesis 12:1-9 Abraham receives The Promise of a  Godly Nation from his lineage Genesis 22:15:18 ..vs.18In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.”…Relationship established with the Patriarchs via Abrahamic covenant & offerings Psalm 139:1-18

1 O Lord, you have searched me [thoroughly] and have known me.2 You know my downsitting and my uprising; You understand my thought afar off.3 You sift and search out my path and my lying down, and You are acquainted with all my ways.4 For there is not a word in my tongue [still unuttered], but, behold, O Lord, You know it altogether.5 You have beset me and shut me in—behind and before, and You have laid Your hand upon me.6 Your [infinite] knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high above me, I cannot reach it.7 Where could I go from Your Spirit? Or where could I flee from Your presence?8 If I ascend up into heaven, You are there; if I make my bed in Sheol (the place of the dead), behold, You are there.9 If I take the wings of the morning or dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,10 Even there shall Your hand lead me, and Your right hand shall hold me.11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me and the night shall be [the only] light about me,12 Even the darkness hides nothing from You, but the night shines as the day; the darkness and the light are both alike to You.13 For You did form my inward parts; You did knit me together in my mother’s womb.14 I will confess and praise You for You are fearful and wonderful and for the awful wonder of my birth! Wonderful are Your works, and that my inner self knows right well.15 My frame was not hidden from You when I was being formed in secret [and] intricately and curiously wrought [as if embroidered with various colors] in the depths of the earth [a region of darkness and mystery].16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance, and in Your book all the days [of my life] were written before ever they took shape, when as yet there was none of them.17 How precious and weighty also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How vast is the sum of them!18 If I could count them, they would be more in number than the sand. When I awoke, [could I count to the end] I would still be with You.

 

II.)A House For God

A.)Exodus 3:12…”Ye shall SERVE (Worship) God upon this Mountain

B.) Exodus 25:1-8 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: 2 “Speak to the children of Israel, that they bring Me an [a]offering. From everyone who gives it willingly with his heart you shall take My offering. 3 And this is the offering which you shall take from them: gold, silver, and bronze; 4 blue, purple, and scarlet thread, fine linen, and goats’ hair; 5 ram skins dyed red, [b]badger skins, and acacia wood; 6 oil for the light, and spices for the anointing oil and for the sweet incense; 7 onyx stones, and stones to be set in the ephod and in the breastplate. 8 And let them make Me a sanctuary,[c] that I may dwell among them. 9 According to all that I show you, that is, the* pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its furnishings, just so you shall make it.(*Hebrews 8:5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount.)

1.) SANCTUARY = Miqdash= a holy place, hallowed place, chapel, sanctuary

2.)Dwell = Shawkan= Abide , Rest, Reside, settle down, dwell

3.) TABERNACLE = Miskawn= dwelling place, habitation, tent, Temple..”Specifically THE Tabernacle Moses Built”….328 times mentioned in 300 verses & 50 chpts. Of the Bible mention the Tabernacle (13-Ex, 18-Lev, 13-Num, 2-Deut, 4-Heb)

4.) I Chron. 16/Acts 15:16/Amos 9:11 David’s Tent of Worship…PSALM 27:4-5 “one THING”/

Psalm 84:10”Better Is One Day”…David was a forerunner of What God was desiring !:-)

C.) I Chron.22:5 -105 Now David said, “Solomon my son is young and inexperienced, and the house to be built for the Lord must be exceedingly magnificent, famous and glorious throughout all countries. I will now make preparation for it.” So David made abundant preparations before his death. 6 Then he called for his son Solomon, and [a]charged him to build a house for the Lord God of Israel. 7 And David said to Solomon: “My son, as for me, it was in my mind to build a house to the name of the Lord my God; 8 but the word of the Lord came to me, saying, ‘You have shed much blood and have made great wars; you shall not build a house for My name, because you have shed much blood on the earth in My sight. 9 Behold, a son shall be born to you, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies all around. His name shall be [b]Solomon, for I will give peace and quietness to Israel in his days. 10 He shall build a house for My name, and he shall be My son, and I will be his Father; and I will establish the throne of his kingdom over Israel forever.’

D.)I Kings 8:20-21  20 So the Lord has fulfilled His word which He spoke; and I have [a]filled the position of my father David, and sit on the throne of Israel, as the Lord promised; and I have built a temple for the name of the Lord God of Israel. 21 And there I have made a place for the ark, in which is the covenant of the Lord which He made with our fathers, when He brought them out of the land of Egypt

III.)God DESIRES To Be Worshipped In Spirit & Truth…THE NEW COVENANT..From visitation To Habitation

John 4:23,24  23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

A.) “IN” (EN) A fixed position in place, state , or time, shows a relationship of rest

B.) “The hour IS COMING & NOW IS” …POINT: It has not always been the TIME (Season) or HOUR for this to take place

C.) John 4:19-21  19 The woman said to Him, “Sir, I perceive that You are a prophet. 20 Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, and you Jews say that in Jerusalem is the place where one ought to worship.”21 Jesus said to her, “Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father. …………………………POINT: Worship Is No Longer about a physical building or location

D.) “ What IS True & Proper Worship?”: ROMANS 12:1 Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice, [a]acceptable to God, which is your [b]spiritual service of worship(True & Proper worship—NIV). 2 And do not be conformed to this [c]world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may [d]prove what the will of God is, that which is good and [e]acceptable and perfect……POINT: Your Physical Body is now where TRUE Worship IS To Occur

E.) Personal HABITATION “In Spirit”….Jn. 4:24)

1.)John 14:16-18 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another [a]Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.

2.) John 15:26 26 “But when the [a]Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.

3.) Jn. 16:13 13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.

4.) I Cor. 3:16,17 16 Do you not know that YOU (singular)are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? 17 If anyone [a]defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple YOU (singular) are.
